My Story

I am Ben Rundle. I began as a 92 kg lad who had no confidence in himself, started Judo at a young age but stopped as my coach left. Rediscovered my love of martial arts in MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have changed my body from the large lad I was to the 77kg confident man I am now.

I have always had a passion for fitness and helping people.
